Should I take a pregnancy or wait to see if I get my period?

I'm trying to figure out the best day to take an at home pregnancy test. I track my period but I took a plan b at the end of December that extended my period in January so I'm not sure when I should get my next period because the plan b messed up my cycle a bit.

I had unprotected sex January 21st. I remember a few days later having some bleeding that occured but I'm not sure if it was implantation bleeding or more irregular bleeding from taking the plan B.

I have a shorter cycle of about 25 days and my last period started Jan 2nd and I stopped bleeding around January 14th. (I usually bleed about 4/5 days but again the plan b messed up my cycle) my period tracker said I should have gotten my period around January 28th and it's now Feb 9th. I feel a little different I'm hungrier, thirstier, more fatigued than normal, my PMS symptoms are still present but I know PMS and early pregnancy symptoms are similar so I can't lean on that too much. To add to my confusion I recently fractured my foot and broken bones can cause increases in appetite,thirst and fatigue so I really want to get to the bottoms of this.

So do I need to take a pregnancy test? should I wait a few more days to take a test? Is the plan b the reason my period could be delayed

There's no harm in taking one now, then if it is negative and you still don't have your period in a week take another. I would get the highly sensitive one, clear blue do an early detection I think!

If you are pregnant and 11 days late you will get a clear answer.
If it’s negative then you can speak to your GP.
