Quick help! My friend is 5 months pg and has D&V while on holiday

My friend (another mnetter) is stuck in Ireland 5 months pg and has had D&V all night.

Can anyone tell me what she should do/take?

Had this very early on in pregnancy, think you can take dilurite (sp) did ask doctor about immodium as we were just of on holiday and he said yes if necessary but better not to as the bug needs to get out of body, lots of fluids.
