Badgernotes?

Is anyone using BadgerNotes and unable to log in? I wasn’t able to log in all of yesterday so today I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled. It’s now asking for a password that I can’t remember but all reset options take me to dead links! Wish we just had paper notes as I have had no end of issues with this app randomly assigning me appointments to various surgeries 😅

Yeah I'm having the same problem, luckily still getting emails about appointments. I can't reset my password as it doesn't recognise my email and mobile number combo. My midwife suggested deleting and reinstalling and logging in again with the passcode but that didn't work either!

I’ve just tried again there and it is working

Mine was very slow yesterday but seemed to work.
It is working much better today though.

Log in to the online portal rather than the glitchy as fuck app.

Unfortunately it didn't include all of my appointments when I did log in - some in Badgernotes, some in NHS app, some by letter.

Maddening.

Have you tried using your date of birth.
That was what I had to use to log in originally. I think it was the short version did/mm/yy.
If still having issues then contact your midwife team.

Not a fan of badger notes - you see far less of your (baby's) information than the paper folder. My scans do not show up on it and no one can help correct it.

Mine wasn’t working yesterday or this morning, it is now but all of my appointments have disappeared 😒

I've not been able to log in or create an account for 2 weeks, still getting appointment emails thankfully

Has anyone asked for the paper version? I'm assuming people without smartphones need a different option?
