32 weeks pregnant and having a health scare, looking for reassurance

I have had a lump on my pubic bone since early January, I rang my GP and they booked me in with a nurse who advised it's a swollen lymph node and that I must have had an infection, I explained I haven't been ill at all and asked if it could be an ingrown hair or something to which she said no. She advised me to wait two weeks and get bloods done and see if it goes away. It hasn't gone away and bloods all clear. She reiterated it was probably infection from a cold but just ignored me when I said I haven't had one. I explained I just wanted to rule out something serious like lymphoma and she didn't reassure me but just said she can see why I'm worried. She was really nice but advised I now wait another two weeks to see if it goes away and if not can book an ultrasound. I have an appointment with another nurse tomorrow to see if we can get an ultrasound referral sooner as I'm 32 weeks pregnant and really don't want this stressing me out at the end of my pregnancy especially if ultrasound is abnormal and I have to wait for a biopsy I just domt know how ill ope with the stress. I feel so anxious I haven't slept and have started being sick again. Has anyone had any similar swelling in their groin area in pregnancy? I'm just so anxious and have all these awful scenarios running through my head which is making me not be able to look forward to when the baby comes. At the same time I'm aware it could just be nothing but the two nurses I have seen so far haven't reassured me at all. Any advice at all welcome, thanks

You can have swollen glands despite not feeling like you’ve had an infection; it just means your immune system has been doing its job.

hope you’re ok. 💐
