Looks like a girl to me.

It can be accurate if you have a clear shot and the right gestation. How far along was it taken? Looks girly but if pre 12+4 it can still rise

I was 12+1 so might not be accurate from these scan photos in that case , did look like girl to me but as you say, could be too early to tell.
