Help! Proceive Max and Infolic alpha?

Hi all, I have had a very faint line come up today and I am now having a panic as for a week I have been taking infolic alpha and proceive max. But realised the proceive max has 150 inositol in it. Is this too much considering the infolic has 400?

should I keep taking the infolic?

No its perfectly fine. Inositol can be taken in amounts upto 4000mg without any side effects. An extra 150mg is minimal.
I take 2000mg -3000mg daily powder currently , simply because I take it on a longterm basis due to pcos and with baby coming I wanted an effective but less expensive dosage and brand.
Have done before and have continued throughout my pregnancy
I cleared this dosage with my gynaecologist and fertility consultant.
I took infolic alpha for a long time at that amount and took the proceive sachets on top aswell. Again, my doctors said it was fine and I never had any negative effects

Do you have an insulin resistance op?

@M00NLIGHTDREAMER thanks so much!

Infolic Alpha is 2000mg per sachet. 2 sachets a day

Proceieve Max is 150mg.

So I guess I have gone over but hopefully only a week will be ok.

I’ve not been diagnosed with insulin resistance but consultant said this may help
