Slow CRL growth early pregnancy, is hope lost?

Went to the Early Pregnancy Unit 13 days ago for pain. Scan showed a sac, yolk sac but no fetal pole. Was measuring approx 5 weeks

Back today and now there are 2 sacs with 2 embryos! Both fetal poles CRL measuring 2.2mm, so around 6 weeks. No heartbeats seen in either but they’ve said though it’s not ideal, it’s not a massive red flag yet

Rebooked for a rescan in 7 days, they are still classing the pregnancy as viable at this point

Does this sound similar to anyone else even in a singular pregnancy? Slow embryo growth at first couple of scans and pregnancy turned out to be ok? For me I was a bit shocked that there wasn’t more progression over the 13 days

Thanks so much x
