Hey,

Looking for any ladies who have had ZERO symptoms after their transfer and had BFP?

This is my 4th transfer (after 1 failed FET, 1 FET ending in miscarriage and 1 failed DET). The time my FET worked I had period like cramping and spotting looking back this must have been implantation.

This time I have had zero symptoms and I felt like I wrote this off 2 days post transfer. I have my blood test in 2 days and resisting testing at home as that has driven me mad with anxiety on previous cycles.

I know everyone is different and im desperately searching for others that had no symptoms what so ever and had a postive outcome? Any reassurance would be so lovely x

Hey,

To my absolute shock the no symptoms turned into the most horrific pregnancy sickness and I’m currently 27weeks pregnant going into my third trimester.

This was my 4th transfer and my 5th embryo! It really goes to show there is no right or wrong feeling after transfer, having no symptoms can mean it worked or not and having loads of symptoms also can mean it worked or didn’t!

xx

My first IVF ended in miscarriage at 9 weeks and I had like one of the mums posted a pulling sensation im my tummy and implantantion bleeding. This IVF round did not got tested for chromosomal anomalies.
Now, 1 year later, my FET was on Monday, 3 days ago with an euploid embryo, and I had no symptoms as of today.
thanks for sharing your experiences, I will stay calm now that a lot of moms out there did not have any symptoms at all with their successful pregnancies. Keep praying for all of us all that are trying to get pregnant! Thanks!!

@LizMariePR wishing you all the best in your latest transfer, I’ve had no symptoms almost throughout the pregnancy and I now have a very handsome, active 6 month old.
Try to keep positive, it will happen 😘

I had absolutely no symptoms at all. Had a very strong feeling it hadn't worked. Took a pregnancy test early, which was negative, and then spent the day in bed crying. Tested again on the official test day and it was positive.

This is exactly what I’m going through. Today is Day 7 after FET, have tested twice - both negative and no symptoms. I’m just staying hopeful I get a positive on the official date. Please pray for me

Hi so op did you have no cramping pulling etc ? Did you feel nothing down there? Im in the tww and it’s excruciating after ivf cycle . When did you get actual symptoms and when did you test ? Xx

SH998 · 19/05/2026 10:43

Hi @Lochside28 Ive been pregnant twice, tww very different on both.
First pregnancy I experienced very strong symptoms within the first few days, sore breast, pulling in my stomach, extreme tiredness. I tested 7 days after transfer and had a positive. Unfortunately that pregnancy ended at 8 weeks.
Second pregnancy I experienced nothing at all and I mean absolutely nothing. I tested positive 5 days after transfer and now my little boys is a healthy, happy 2 year old.
The 2 week wait is brutal but hang in there.
Wishing you all the best :)
