Please help I'm panicking.
I'm 9 weeks pregnant, I had a scan two weeks ago and all was good with a heartbeat. Just bored today and tapped onto my BBT on Apple Watch, haven't really been watching it since my BFP. My BBT has massively dropped in the last two days below baseline (36 degrees
yesterday and then 36.21 today) my watch takes my temp the same time every morning whilst in bed. My baseline is 36.58
Do I need to worry? My symptoms are still really strong, really bad morning sickness, sore boobs and fatigue

Stop checking and worrying about your temperature! During pregnancy your bbt fluctuates and is influenced by so many things. You have so many hormones pumping through your body. I have a wrist watch that tracks temperature but I don't pay any attention to it as there are so many times temp drops. If your pregnant you don't need to be recording temperature and it's not going to tell you anything about the health of your pregnancy .my advice is to disable it if it's going to drive you mad because there are so many other things your going to experience in pregnancy that's going to cause , worry, anxiety, and a whole host of emotions your bbt should not be one of those. All the best

I've never tracked my BBT before to be honest, but in my last pregnancy I remember feeling cold for the whole of the first trimester, kept having to wrap myself up and wondered if it was related to the nausea. She's now a 17 month old currently snoozing in my arms

Thanks both. I did ring my early pregnancy unit and went through with them, they said it is normal for temp to fluctuate between 36-37 degrees, so will turn the app off now!!!
