Anybody else due August 2024? Thought we could have a support group to share how we are all feeling and how our pregnancies are progressing.
I'm 12 weeks today 😃 have to wait 1 more week until my scan 🤞🏼
Practically no symptoms apart from week 9, for 1 week only I had nausea and was sick once. I'm just tired all the time!

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Hello,
yes I had my first scan yesterday and I was 13 weeks 3 days.
i still feel very tired and nausea.

Yes this is my second. My daughter is 9 in April. I kinda feel a bit guilty like I am pushing her out and how can I love another child as much as I love my daughter.
Was this pregnancy planned? X

Mummy2823 · 02/02/2024 09:07

@MichelleC89 aww don't feel like that. 9 is a great age to be able to get involved and get excited about a new brother or sister!
Yeah mine was planned we always said we wanted 2 close together. Got pregnant the first month of trying both times tho!! So we decided to start trying November didn't expect it to happen straight away again 😂We haven't told anybody yet tho, waiting until after the scan.

Hi! I'm due on 8th August with my 8th baby (yes, it was planned 😂). I currently have 4 boys and 3 girls... hoping for another boy 🤞😁
I'm 13+1 today. I had very mild morning sickness weeks 9-11 and all of my symptoms have now gone, except the good old constipation 😂
I hope everyone else is doing okay?

Mummy2823 · 02/02/2024 16:50

@JenRyan oh wow! 8!!! You're slightly more prepared than me and Michelle 😂
My 1st pregnancy I was sick from the very beginning until around week 16 so it's been rather nice not having it this time 😂
But then it also makes me wonder if something is wrong - the unknown before having a scan

I'm due 11th Aug! Had our 12 week scan today and heard the wee heartbeat. Sort of starting to sink in that it's real!

Mummy2823 · 02/02/2024 17:04

@Thebeansi congratulations! 😃😃 yes definitely becomes more real once you've had a scan! Can't wait for mine now.
My estimated due date is August 15th going by the period date but guaranteed they'll give me a different date. Also, I'm having an elective c-section so will go in a week or so before the due date.

In my experience, every pregnancy has been completely different... some with a ton of symptoms, some with none at all. Please don't worry! Having symptoms/morning sickness isn't an indicator of anything ❤️

Hi!

We've got another thread for August due dates, and we've set up a Facebook group too! Feel free to search "When the poppies will bloom" on Facebook and I can add you to our August group 🥰

Mummy2823 · 02/02/2024 19:51

@EMJL oooh thanks!! I didn't realise!!
I'll check out the Facebook group once I've announced to people 🥰

Due 25th August 💕 got my 12 week scan on Valentine’s Day and I can’t wait!! This will be my first so I’m very anxious as had a MMC last year so I keep thinking something bad will happen then I get sick and oddly enjoy it because it’s a symptom lol hope your all doing well :)
