Corpus luteum discrepancy

Hi everyone,

I am (hopefully) about 10+3 and starting to really worry about NHS scan next week after a MMC last year. I’ve had three positive scans so far this pregnancy (one EPU for spotting, two private). EPU scan at 6+4 reported corpus luteum on left ovary, but private scan last week said right. I queried it with the sonographer then and she confirmed right, and showed it to me on the screen. I’m worried as a scan during MC apparently showed adhesions on left adnexus (ovary and tube) and I’m now wondering whether that’s what the EPU saw. There’s no other reason why a corpus luteum/cyst would show on both sides, or move, is there?! Any thoughts welcome. Thank you.
