Ectopic symptoms?

I am nearly 6 weeks pregnant and woke up with A strange pain in my shoulder, I googled and it mentioned ectopic pregnancy! I haven't had any bleeding or severe abdominal pain it's just my shoulder pain, for people who have had on me do you always get the abdominal pain ?

I had abdo pain with one ectopic but not the second one. I believe the shoulder pain comes from internal bleeding from the tube rupturing. if you were at this stage you would probably become unwell very quickly and have pain. If you're concerned seek medical advice via gp, midwife or epau.

My first sign was bleeding at 7 weeks. A scan at 7+2 diagnosed the ectopic. Mild collar bone and shoulder pain started at 7+3 (late at night) and the rupture was diagnosed the next day and I went straight into theatre.

I didn't really have any abdominal pain.

I would go to EPU/A&E and get an early scan. It's probably nothing but shoulder pain in early pregnancy should always be checked out.
