My friend is 41, she's just had an 8 week scan and been told that the foetus is small and has an irregular heart beat. It's very unlikely the pregnancy will continue. On top of that she's got a massive fibroid (6ms and swelled by pregnancy hormones), so has been told she'll have to have it removed. Any one got any stories of cheer I can pass on. She's unsurprisingly devastated.
