What happens at midwife episode appt?

Just recieved a letter for my first appointment. What can i expect?

It says its a midwife episode

series of questions on housing issues / social issues / your health / partners health and immediate family health

if its on phone, they will bring you back in person for bloods, urine sample, bp check and carbon monoxide test

Its in person and by then ill be 9 weeks. Im so nervous i dont know what to feel.

Im taking folic acid. SHould I buy pregnacare too? Any other vitamins any one recommends?

Pregnecare contains everything including folic acid so take one or the other. I actually did them alternating days as the iron in pregnecare is quite hard to digest. You most importantly need vid d as well as folic acids, the rest are debatable.
