Lump down there? Swelling or something else?

Hey, ever since I was 26 weeks pregnant (now 37) I noticed a swollen lump on mainly the right side of my vagina. When I am on the toilet or in a squatting position it protrudes worse but then will disappear once I’m standing again? The diagram shows where the lump will form. The doctors have looked and said nothing to be concerned about.. but I don’t know

Im not a doctor but likely to be a bartholin cyst, quite common in women, a lot of people don’t know they have them and they are generally quite harmless and don’t cause pain so doctors tend to leave them be unless they cause problems like turning into an abscess. I have one that comes and goes and is only noticeable when im sitting on the toilet or squatting.

It could be an inguinal hernia. You should ask the midwife at your next appointment.
