Hey, I just curious I got a thing about watermelon juice at the moment but I don't know is it ok to drink whilst pregnant? I Google it but keeps coming up with eating watermelon 😒😒.

It's got sugar and sweetener also citric acid?

Talk to your midwife or GP and I'm sure they'll tell you it's fine

I'm addicted to my air up (I have the Amazon 0% Sugar bottle version ) and the air up watermelon pods. It takes a couple of days for your nose to adjust to the smell then taste but I really like it.

Might be too subtle for you

I also love my burts bees watermelon lip balm

So I get the watermelon 🍉 love

You do want to avoid blood sugar spikes so better if you can limit it or have it only with meals.

However in first trimester I could mostly only manage ginger cordial, crackers, plain rice and veggie sushi.

Stick to the nhs list to avoid, watermelon juice is fine, just watch your sugar intake

Fine from pregnancy perspective but it's so bad for your health and blood sugar. Much better to eat some actual fruit.

Ahh ok, I been drinking it few days. I'll give a break from it better to be safe than sorry
