Ovulation after MMC

I have had a surgical procedure for missed miscarriage on 11th January. 9th and 10th January I had bleeding and cramps. After the surgery I was told most of the tissue was already gone, they have taken out the remaining , so must of miscarried properly before the surgery. After 11th which was surgery day, I have no bleeding after what so ever! Today I am having dull right side pain. Could it really be possible I am ovulating already?

If your bleeding stopped for more than a week, I suppose it's possible to ovulate again, BUT how are your pregnancy tests? As really they need to be negative before your body ovulates again.
I had 2 mcs and I got a negative test at around 20 days past miscarriage.

I done a pregnancy test and it is negative. Maybe the faintest line in the good lighting. I really sure the pains feels like ovulation!
