Post stretch and sweep

i had a stretch and sweep today at 38+2,
afterwards had a faint pink smear in the jelly stuff as expected and was told about it. A few hours later I've gone to the toilet and I've wiped with some brown discharge but also with a jelly type of red/brown glob of mucus and then a few other smaller bits. Is this completely normal after having one of these of could it by my mucus plug? what did other people experience and what was the outcome?

Sounds very normal and like your mucus plug. Mine was like this

@MrsJ6921 thank you for your reply, I did think it maybe could be. With my first I didn't have a sweep and my plug was so just a small clear blob with a streak in it and my waters broke 4 hours later she was born after 5 😂. So a different experience this time. Fingers crossed it won't be long then
