6 weeks & lighter tests

I’m really worried. I started spotting very very lightly yesterday (this is normal for me in pregnancy as I have cervical ectropion). In my first pregnancy it lasted for 5 weeks and everything was fine but I had a miscarriage in September so I’m extra nervous this time. I’m trying not to stress and overthink but I stupidly done a FRER test this morning and it came back a lot fainter than the one I done last week. I also stupidly done it with my FMU (my HCG is always higher later on in the day). My question is, should I be worried about this or does this not actually tell me anything? Sorry for the long post I just have no one else to talk to about it who understands 😩

Copy and pasting my reply from another thread here x ( I’ve not had a period since my MC but ovulated, I think, because of symptoms, around the 31st December after my loss 2 weeks prior)

cant offer any advice, my first and only pregnancy ended in MC around the 7/8 week mark in December and just found out I’m pregnant again. Paranoid about a chemical and testing daily too. Have you tried a digital? I took a digital on Thursday and said 2-3. Going to try another this Thursday coming and see if I get a 3+! We probably need to step away from the sticks, it’s just so hard after a loss. I’m with you x

Hiya, can I ask what happened here?

the easiest thing would be to get a blood test done to measure your hcg levels! this is the most accurate thing you can possibly do. The results will tell you if your hcg levels are within normal range based on how far along you are

@LoulouM12 @lily0309 turns out everything was fine and I’m now 30 weeks pregnant 😊
