Upper abdominal pain

I'm 12 weeks pregnant and since yesterday ive had pain in my upper abdomen, it actually even woke me up during the night several times.
1 week ago I did have some heavy bleedig which was checked out and everything was fine.

Has anyone else experienced upper abdominal pain?

I had this and it seemed as though it was trapped wind at first, I had to do all the strange poses they show you on the internet to release it and it did work. It helped the pain for a short while too. About 2 days later though I was then up with diarrhea for the entire night so I'm not sure if I had a bad case of constipation or it was the onset of a stomach bug/ some kind of illness. I'm almost 29 weeks now and this was a couple months ago so all was ok in the end. It did really hurt though x
