11 weeks feeling less nauseous

So I’m now 11+1 and I feel like my nausea is starting to calm down as I no longer feel sick every second of the day. It seems now I just feel a little ill after eating but then it settles down a bit. Boobs are still sore and do still feel tired but dont feel as rough as I have been.
I’m just a little worried as I was also told I have a hematoma at a scan at 7 weeks. I spotted before this scan (hence reason for having the scan) and for a week after but seemed to settle between week 8 and 9. Then yesterday I had a small amount of pinky/orangey discharge but no pain or anything. Anyone any idea if a hematoma can randomly spot after a couple weeks of nothing really? Or would this be something different?
I’m so paranoid even though I had a scan at 10+2 and baby was looking great 🙈
any words of wisdom or help would be appreciated ☺️

Hello and congratulations. I don’t really have any words of wisdom but just letting you know I’m in the same boat. 11+3 and also was diagnosed with a hematoma a few weeks ago. I’m taking progesterone and have some days with no spotting and other days brown spotting. I haven’t had red it’s always brown but has come and gone.
I woke up today with loads of energy and no nausea. This evening the nausea has creeped back but it’s definitely improved from how I was feeling a couple weeks ago. I also had a scan at 10+4 and everything was fine with baby.
Hopefully as we both are having similar experiences it means it’s fine, also near the end of the first trimester so could be that. 12 week scan soon and hope it will all be ok for us ❤️🤞

The placenta takes over around 11 weeks so often a lot of nausea drops off at this point 😀

@elmo89 My nausea also hasn’t gone especially late afternoon into the evenings. Also my spotting stopped over the last few days.
We had our dating scan today and everything looks perfect and the hematoma is gone! We are so happy.
Good luck for your scan, let me know how it goes! Xx
