Violent vomiting

I'm 10 weeks pregnant and although I have a lot of nausea I've only thrown up a handful of times. However I seem to throw up really violently, it's like my insides are coming up, and every time it happens I feel really intense pressure in my head, like it is being squeezed. I have so many burst blood vessels around my eyes from the force of it. Is it normal?! It's my second pregnancy - with my first I had only very mild nausea and never actually vomited.

I have this too! Not sure it’s ‘normal’, but it sure is really crappy! I had a retching episode so bad that the pressure in my abdomen caused me to leak pee! Also get the burst blood vessels all over my face a neck. Don’t know how to help- just letting you know you’re not alone! 💪🏼
