Hey I'm 7 weeks pregnant and laid on my stomach earlier on the sofa all of a sudden feel very sick is that normal?

It's probably a coincidence with morning sickness, I wouldn't worry about it. I don't think there are any issues with laying on your front in the first trimester?

You can lay on your stomach until the bump gets in the way. It sounds like coincidence
