Hey, I said before on a thread about how sleeping at night is a struggle and in the day I struggle to wake up. But I feel its getting worse😒. Doesn't help that I had a nap hours ago(didn't intend to have a nap just fell asleep on the sofa). Now I'm struggling to sleep. Is there anything that can help me sleep at night? Sorry for the essay and thank you

Not sure I have much advice as I'm in the same boat! If you are able to nap then sleep when you can, I guess. I've had insomnia in both pregnancies and it was so much easier when it was my first than it is this time with a toddler.
I tend to wake between 3 and 4 every night for a couple of hours so I'm trying to get to bed earlier for a bigger chunk of sleep before this. Do you have a pattern to your insomnia?

So much harder with the 2nd...

Sleep when you can.
I have had an afternoon nap daily this whole pregnancy and am reliably up from 3/4 to 5/6

You just have to roll with it. Try and get fresh air and day light when you can
Lunch is my big meal - dinner is very light.

I tend to wake up few times in the night needing to go toilet, that's the worst part is as soon as I finally sleep then however long I need the toilet. I think most times I've been is 3 or 4 times. Then in the morning I'm absolutely shattered struggle to get out of bed. In the night when I wake up I'm awake from like 2/3 then 4/5 etc. Some nights are worse than others. This is my first pregnancy.

I know I'll probably end up napping today as I'm off work, I'm just so tired all the time😴. I went out yesterday with my friend for long drive thinking it may help. It did at the time but when I came back, even though I was tired my body just wouldn't let me sleep till very late. I eat so much, I'm soooo hungry when I eat now😂
