Hello all!

I just turned 6 weeks pregnant. My hcg is 552. Is this too low? I’m thinking it is for any positive outcome. I am bleeding but not heavily and absolutely no pain. I’ve had a suspected ectopic back in June which passed naturally and I remember was very painful in my belly and back. I’m just wondering if this is too low. I went for an another blood test today they will be calling back tomorrow to see if it has doubled. Anyone had low hcg and went on to have successful pregnancies?

Hi, you really need to have another test 48 hours later to check if it’s doubling. HCG levels can vary wildly from one person to another.

I found this site very helpful

Yup I’ve had a blood test 48 hours after so now just waiting on results. Thank you!

At 6 weeks my hcg was in the 400s
Can't remember exactly number now . Somewhere around 450 ish
Currently 13 weeks
What the number is, is irrelevant, its weather it doubles every 2-3 days that matters.
Saying that tho, mine was always slow to double but ive had numberous scans , the last being tuesday and baby was kicking away

Meant to say if you go on the beta charts for single pregnancies you can see people had successful pregnancies with betas as low as 12 even 30 days post ovulation

I’m just abit nervous as I am lightly bleeding

Can you call EPU? I’d want progesterone suppositories in your circumstances

Hi ladies, I am 5weeks 1 day, had my HCG test done and it came back as 20,728, which is much higher than a normal range for week 5. I am freaking out. It the first test related to pregnancy I’ve done and it’s not the result I was hoping for. Should I be concerned? I booked a scan, but earliest I can do it is in 2 weeks, on my 7th week. Has anyone had high HCG so early on and what was the outcome.
