Had anyone taken Rescue Remedy during pregnancy?

I know you can get the spray, droplets, if any, which did you take?

Isn't rescue remedy basically just homeopathy and happy thoughts?

It's not homeopathy, it's herbal medicine. I use it and I know that you can't overdose on it but I can't remember whether I used it when I was pregnant. In any case I was pregnant rather a long time ago so I would check with your midwife.

Can‘t seem to get a clear answer online so just thought I’d put the feelers out if anyone else had used it in pregnancy.

It's perfectly fine, in whatever form, as long as you're not necking 20 bottles at a time which would eventually add up alcohol wise.

I mean it may or may achieve anything...
