I'm 13 weeks and woke up this morning really light headed. Went to the bathroom and noticed I was walking all sideways.
Is this something I need to be concerned with or will it pass. I don't want to waste midwifes time as theres only 2 work there in womens health and they are flat out all the time and never answer phone anyway.
I noticed my heart rate was alot lower than normal. It was 70 whereas for all my pregnancy so far its been 80-90 even 100 and this concerns me why my heart rate is pre pregnancy.
