Hiya, does anyone have any migraine relief recommendations other than paracetamol?

I'm 8 weeks pregnant and have been getting awful migraines on a off the past couple of weeks

Mine were always worse when I needed to rest or needed to eat something. They went by 16 or so weeks 😁

Regular food (look for triggers) a cooling migraine head wrap and a tens machine on the neck.
Are you low in magnesium

Kool n sooth migraine head strips. They have changed my life.

I use an ice pack on the back of my neck while keeping the rest of my body fairly warm.
