Hi all,
Im 36+3 today and have just started taking raspberry leaf tablets.
The directions say take two tablets 3 times a day with hot drink (640mg) tablets.
This just seems a lot to me (I only drank the tea last pregnancy)
The thing is they are making me feel really sick - anyone else having the same problem
Thanks

Don't know about dose. But check ingredients, sometimes there is other stuff that can make you quesy like iron for example.

Also I would try to take a while after eating ratehr than an empty stomach.

Have you tried the tea?

I drank that during pg but it isn't to everyone's taste.

I actually preferred the tea, but I read on here that the tablets are more effective

I'd personally stick with tea. There is limited evidence for effectiveness anyway and if it's making you sick...

My mw advised me to have two/three cups a day in last week/weeks of pg.

I got the holland and barret tablets which say take between 3-6 a day with food.

My M/W said to increase the dosage over the course of a few days to get used to them
