Hi!

I'm 14+2 and during my first trimester I suffered with back ache, nausea (only puked twice) and tiredness. Over the last week or two I've started to feel better thank god.

Until last night that is, had quite an active day, went for an hour and 20 min walk (stopped half way through) and took the Xmas decorations down. This is the most physical i have been fot ages! Had a Chinese takeaway for dinner, a couple of hours after eating I started to feel rough, my back started killing me so decided to go to bed. In bed I was getting pains in my stomach and higher up. Not low down.

Had a very disturbed night getting up to wee so just chilled today. My back has hurt on and off and the pains in my stomach are still there and now I feel nauseaus again! More sick than I've felt for ages.

What the hell is going on? Should I be worried? Has anyone experience anything similar?

Hi!

I’m 14+4 and feel like I’m going through the same to be honest. First trimester wasn’t too rough for me more just back ache and tired. But now I feel super tired, want to nap all the time and can’t sleep past about 3 am. Sickness feels worse than before too! On top I have the worst headaches going. No idea if I’m just starting to feel a cold or something but I feel worse now than any other week!

Hope things calm down for you!

It could be morning sickness striking randomly, or it might be any of the germs that are going around this time of year (in the UK anyway). I have had the flu recently, and that made my nausea feel 1000% worse.

Lots of rest either way and hopefully you feel well soon.

@bcl23 Good to hear someone else in the same boat! It's so weird isn't it, think you are over the worse then it just hits you! Hope you are feeling a bit better this morning.

@Silverfoxlady Thank you, I did wonder if it was a bug or something. Luckily I can work from home so I can rest.
