Breech Baby - Difficulties During the Pregnancy

I found out today that my little fidget has now turned breech. As I'm already having a c section its not a problem birth wise. I am however having problems swallowing which I am hoping is a result of the baby being breech and not a reoccurance of a previous condition. Anyone else had strange symptoms due to baby lying breech?

My DS1 was footling breech so very high. I don't remember problems swallowing, but I did have shortness of breath and really bad acid reflux. I couldn't lie on my back.

Very painful ribs. I would have said indegestion but I had that with DS too and he wasn't breech! Didn't feel the movements as much as I did with DS.

My DD was breech, and she was born with congenital dislocation of the hips (CDH).

She did not cause me problems in pregnancy, although I was aware of the rock-hard head under my ribs.
