Blood in uterus - early pregnancy

I'm currently 5+4 weeks pregnant (naturally) after 4 losses and 3 cycles of IVF.

I had a scan today and gestational sac and yolk sac are visible and as expected.

But there is blood in my uterus (not a subchorionic haematoma). Currently not near the baby but we now need this to absorb, or bleed.

Consultant saying he's not worried, but I am terrified and upset. We've stopped taking aspirin and will be increasing progesterone for the next 2-3 weeks. I'm also on low dose steroids due to recurrent miscarriage.

Please can someone give me a positive story about this happening to them and it all being okay?!

This happened to me at 5 weeks, doctor said exact same thing that they’re not worried. They booked me in for another scan at 7 weeks and all blood was gone/absorbed.

Try not worry, everything will be fine :)

@HayleeLee thank you so much for replying - I'm so grateful. So pleased to read that everything turned out okay for you. Keeping my fingers crossed my pregnancy will progress in the same way.
