13 week scan showed fluid around the lungs and neck - anyone had similar?

Obviously anxious and have been told I'll be referred to the hospital for further testing - have resisted the urge to Google...so far.

The lady doing the scan said it was concerning but in some cases it can 'resolve itself' but she said 'concerning' at least twice so I feel like she's trying to prepare me for the worst case scenario.

I'm nearly 43, natural conception

Can anyone share similar experiences please?

Update, just heard from midwife who said the nuchel fold was measuring 8.1mm and the sonographer thought there might also have been a cyst (no mention of where and also no mention of the fluid around the lungs)

I've read a few positive outcomes where further testing shows better results so I am hoping and praying that is the case here!

The baby was flipping and rolling the entire scan and the sonographer did struggle to measure them as they didn't keep still long enough, that's giving me a glimmer of hope she got the measurements wrong
