Has anyone taken the proceieve trimester 2 supplements? I've ran out and saw bought these in boots but it says glycine shouldn't be taken in pregnancy and they contain glycine. Can anyone tell me have rhey taken these safely with no adverse effects to pregnancy

I took procieve in my last pregnancy. Baby is now 9 weeks and perfect. I actually think they’re better than the pregnacare ones I took in my other two pregnancies

That's what I am using too. Where did you see that glycine should not be taken in pregnancy as I am reading the opposite?

I took them in my last pregnancy and also this pregnancy & both babies are fine.

call me naive, but I’m not convinced a prenatal made specifically for pregnancy would contain anything you shouldn’t take during pregnancy..

Are you getting mixed up with Glycerine? Glycerine shouldn’t be taken in pregnancy unless advised but glycine is important to have

I took Proceive throughout my whole pregnancy and have a healthy, thriving newborn. I now take the breastfeeding version too.
