I took a test on the day my period was due which made me 4 weeks but I think the digital clearblue one can tell 2-3 days beforehand.

I took a test at 11 days post ovulation which was clearly positive (first response and then Clearblue digital). But some will say it's better (and cheaper!) to wait!

Early detection tests are really not worth the money - best just test on the day you are due. I got 2 negs 4 and 2 days pre-due date. So buy lots of cheapies an do one everyday this week if you cannot fight the urge. Savers chemist are 99p.

But it is quite fun doing a test in the loos at Asda . I got my eventual BFP there and found another test packet in the cubicle already - made me wonder just how many little bundles of joy became real in such charming surroundings LOL.
