dull ache

just wanting some advice if anyone can help please - I have a dull ache low down - possibly the bladder?? not sure if it's anything to worry about or not... there's no blood or pain anywhere else.

Hi, are you pregnant? I am trying to get pregnant and have a dull ache in my lower abdomen for the last few days, uncomfortable rather than too painful, like a dull period pain but like you no blood etc. xx
