Bleeding 11 weeks pregnant

Hi everyone just coming here for reassurance to see if anyone has had a similar experience and what the outcome was.

im currently 11 weeks pregnant and started experiencing bleeding last night. I had slight cramps (thought I needed the toilet) but when I went to the toilet there was bright red blood when I wiped. No clots really just bright red then it started to go pink then even a bit yellowy after a few hours (sorry tmi). I went to an and e but they just said they’re not concerned and couldn’t really confirm anything just said to wait for my next scan which is in 3 weeks. I don’t seem to be bleeding today but still obviously worried even tho I know it can be a normal sign and not necessarily a miscarriage but you always jump to worst conclusion

Speak to your GP about a referral to the early pregnancy unit, they should be happy to see you and usually do a scan. This is a better port of call than A&E.
I'm sure everything will be fine, bleeding is often not a cause for concern in pregnancy.

I’m 11 weeks pregnant and started having bleeding on Tuesday, it was light on and off but had bright red blood didn’t fill a pad. I was so lucky and got a scan and baby has a heartbeat and growing so so pleased, the midwife prescribed me progesterone pessaries and I started yesterday but the bleeding has got worse even some dripped into the toilet, don’t have any pain doesn’t fill a pad just feeling so anxious!
