Chest infection 10 weeks pregnant- anxiety overload

I’ve had a chest infection for a little over three weeks two courses of antibiotics and still not feeling better, no energy and the cough is horrendous, I can’t get it out of my head that I’ve coughed that much and that hard that I’ve hurt my growing baby and something terrible has happened.
can any reassure me please and tell me I’m just been stupid?

Firstly try not to worry, babies are well protected in womb and as long as you're taking meds you should be fine. Secondly, I'd advise vitamin c and d to boost your immune system, and a hot steam under towel over bowl of hot water, keep doing this everyday it will clear you up!

thank you I’ll get some vitamin C tomorrow and try the steam :)
