I’m currently 10w2d and have had very tender breasts since finding out at 4 weeks and also severe nausea since around 5-6 weeks.

From Boxing Day until yesterday I felt a pulling pain in the right side of my stomach beside my bellybutton.

I’ve woken up this morning with no symptoms. I haven’t had any bleeding.

Is this normal or should I phone the EPU for reassurance?

Hi I've got 6 children and found that around week 10/11 I felt much more like myself and the early pregnancy symptoms started to go. Quite often I woke up and just felt "normal".
The placenta starts to take over at around 10 weeks so lots of people start to lose symptoms.

It's so hard at the beginning but what you've described sounds totally normal.

Same for me - turned out to be fine!

Oh and the pulling pains sound normal too. Everything is stretching and moving now. I often felt like i had pulled a muscle or strained something.

Yeah this sounds totally normal :) my symptoms have eased around then in both pregnancies.

Thanks for the reassurance everyone!

We have an early scan booked for Saturday as we’d like to make sure everything is ok before telling DPs family at New Year but I’m going to phone and see if they will move it to this evening as I see they have appointments online. Such a worrying time isn’t it!

Yes sounds like me, until baby started kicking I used to question whether it was still there or not!
