I'm 10+6 weeks

Today I was visiting a friend who dosent know I'm pregnant.
She brought out a bottle of zolflora and came over to the table and went to spray it. I planned on getting up but it before i even knew she was attempting to spray it had happened. It didn't come out she said she didn't twist the nozzle. She was then holding it while she twisted and sprayed and the zolflroa went all over my face. I've been breathing it in all day and my nose is burning. I'm so worried about the effects on baby. I clearly directly inhaled it. Im terrified now I'm going to miscarry or its going to cause issues for my baby.
From what I read zoflora does contain chemicals and it did mention a lot of inhaling can cause a miscarriage.
Has anyone been using zoflora.
I probably wouldn't be so concerned if if inhaled at a distance but this was directly like it felt little drops spritz in my nostrils. I'm just freaked out now . It's taken us years of ivf and this is my little miracle baby

You'll be fine.

You will honestly be fine. Just wash your face. It won’t harm your baby in the quantity you inhaled.

You'll be fine. I'm guessing it's the diluted stuff rather than the concentrate. Clean your face and wipe out your nostrils with a damp tissue

Thanks guys . I already washed my face when I got home but I still smell it. My nose burns, my throat burns and I've had a niggling headache all afternoon which just concerns me as I've obviously ingested enough to affect me and baby is tiny
