Travel System

Idk if this is the right thread for this. But I bought a graco evo travel system last year and it has been stored for over a year because I unfortunately had a stillbirth. I’m pregnant again and due in a few weeks, when I went to check it the bottom/seat bit of the newborn insert is damaged and I need to get a new one.

my question is can I get any kind of one or does it have to be specific to the brand for safety reasons? Does anyone know where I can get similar replacements from? I have emailed graco directly but obvs it’s Christmas time

I would have thought it is seat dependent, rather than brand dependent. We have two styles of Cybex car seat (cloud z and sirona z) and both of the newborn inserts look completely different.

Whenever I’ve emailed Cybex, they’ve been quite quick to reply so I doubt you’ll be waiting long for their answer, even through the holidays. In the meantime, look on local selling groups to see if any of the systems are going cheaply as you might be able to pick a replacement up that way.
