4 weeks & 4 days pregnant & bleeding

Worried sick!
Been trying for a year to get pregnant with my second child and 6 days ago my period didn't arrive, days prior I wasn't feeling myself so thought I'd do a test, used a clear blue digital and was positive 1-2 weeks, I was shocked but thrilled, I'm now 6 days late with afew positive pregnancy tests but today I've been bleeding on and off, started with very light pink and now it's light brown, spotting on a panty liner but more when I wipe with a tissue, have no other symptoms currently.
I can't speak to my Dr till Wednesday which is 2 days away, am I having a early MC? 😭

Bleeding alone doesn’t mean a mc or not.
I bled and then cramps with my first pregnancy and that was a mc.
Bled at the same time in my second and he’s in the living room cleaning.
Bled really heavily with third pregnancy repeatedly and she’s hindering the cleaning!
I think you’ll just have to wait and see unfortunately. I wish you all the best

@Autumn1990 I'm sorry about your MC but so pleased to hear the other two are fit and well, so strange to of bled so much, I didn't bleed at all with my first. I'm just praying all will be OK, thankyou ❤️

Unfortunately no one can say and chances are, your doctor/EPU won’t do anything as it’s so early on. Most likely the EPU will tell you it can be normal but to call back if you have bad cramps or the bleeding becomes heavy. I had spotting in both pregnancies and it wasn’t a sign of miscarriage either time. Fingers crossed all is ok for you.

I had this type of bleeding around the same time as you. I’m now 19 weeks and had another little light pink bleed a few weeks ago. Midwife has zero concerns and scans are all perfect. Fingers crossed for you!! My friend has bled almost continuously through her pregnancy so unfortunately I think it can just happen. Do get checked out as soon as you can though for peace of mind.

@SarahB88 I woke to fresh red blood this morning, I'm absolutely distraught, trying to hold the tears back for my 4 year old today on Christmas day. I will speak to my Dr Wednesday and see what she says, have a very merry Christmas.

@SarahB88 I returned from a&e this evening, confirmed I'd miscarriaged after I started cramping and passed a clot. What a Merry Christmas it has been.
