Induction, go overdue or planned c-section after previous c-section?

Hi,

I've opted for vbac. My emergency c section was 5 years ago minimal scar.

The hospital asked if I went overdue would I prefer induction or c-section. I'm 38, healthy pregnancy, no issues, average weight.

Any views or advice please? I just don't know.

I opted for C-section at 42 weeks, no induction, after EMCS following a failed induction 2 years ago. No risk factors other than previous C-section.

Went to labour naturally at 41+3, but baby didn’t cope well with labour- was badly positioned and back to back - so had another C-section. Happy with all the decisions, both to wait and then to C-section.
