Alas, week 7, and I can’t stop being sick. I feel awful. Any remedies? I’m worried since I’m hosting Xmas and DH and I are meant to go abroad over new years and I can’t imagine doing it, tbh!

Peppermint tea or a ginger tea have helped settle my morning sickness. I'd suggest sipping it though. Ginger biscuits (or gingerbread men seeing as it's almost Christmas!) I also found eating little and often helped stave most of it. And whilst I had no appetite, if you are able to eat something and keep it down it can help.

You poor thing I only got over mine at 11 weeks it's just horrible , travel sickness bands , Vitamin b6. Try not let yourself get too hungry or you will feel sicker .

Flat lemonade if you can sip that
Toast
Water even flat sparkling water
Rest
Get yourself a pregnancy pillow to sleep with

It's awful but don't need to suffer speak to a GP or midwife

Try and get an out of hours gp appointment today. If you can't stop being sick you need about sickness tablets

Don't suffer! You can get medication. I was on 2 types all the way throughout my pregnancy and my lovely little pickle arrived 3 weeks ago, absolutely perfect.
