Hospital choices question - changing in late pregnancy

Hi, I'm 22 weeks pg at the moment, and having my care at Medway Hospital in Kent. I will be moving to London (Tower Hamlets) towards the very end of my pregnancy and will have no links here in Medway so plan to switch my antenatal care/planned place of birth at some point. But I've got so many options I'm just confused what to do for the best! Should I

a) have my baby at Royal London - I haven't heard a lot of good things about this hospital, but it would be very convenient and then would have my midwife follow-up arranged by them too so makes sense

b) have my baby at Princess Royal in Orpington/Bromley where my mother-in-law lives - therefore would have to stay there, which is fine but would prefer to be in own home. Pros are would have support and husband can be there straight away, but hospital again has a bad reputation from what i've heard

c) go back to my mum's in Stockport and go to Stepping Hill hospital - very highly rated but obviously far from husband and would like him to be with me as soon as possible when i go into labour, not stuck on a motorway somewhere! my parents and sisters are all very keen on this as they can help out with the baby and i will have plenty of time to rest and recover..which is tempting.

Sorry for long post, but would appreciate some help! and how late is too late to change hospitals?
