August due date - symptoms

Hey all, found out I was expecting baby number 2 just over a week ago. Already had my booking appt which happened a lot quicker than my son!
I'm due the 12th August and now 6 weeks today.

I've had sore boobs for about 3 weeks now (assumed it was af at first) and keep getting slight pulling around my lower stomach and hips.. that's all. With my son I tested so so much but trying not to this time round.

Just wondered if anyone else was due this time and how it was all going?

Congratulations @Harveybelle your due on my birthday ✨💕 mine is the 28th August. I on the other hand have been obsessed with testing but my lines are getting darker and got my 2-3 weeks today.

im getting slightly nervous though because my 1st which ended MMC June I had mahoosive jugs and was cramping slightly on the left (where I ovulated from) but this time I have no sore boobs and my dull aches are both sides and have been for the last few days on and off and back aches so hoping it’s just my body preparing or wind….

my booking appt has come through very quick too - this Friday which would make me 4+3 since my AF, I’m wondering if this was due to my MMC this year?

what’s your plans on telling people, early scans, hiding it during Christmas etc?

I did the same with my first. But I figured the tests I had were enough. My digi was 1-2 last Friday week.. I might cave later this week but I'll try to save my pennies 😂

I'm weeing non stop still and feel hungrier over the last couple of days. Boobs are still sensitive.. the eased up a tad but are super sore today.

Still undecided about Xmas... may have to tell people but also might try to sneak around it!! You?

@Harveybelle its a sticky one at Christmas time isn’t it! Were telling family because both our families will be pouring me a wine before I’ve even walked through the door 😂 so a little extra Christmas gift for them all!

is it bad I’m hoping for sore boobs, who even wants that ha!

also how blumming expensive are tests!!

I just got my first ever BFP yesterday - on my DHs birthday. It was very special indeed.
I’ve felt a very small amount of niggling/cramping like really really mild AF today. But I assumed this is probably normal as everything settles into my uterine lining.

Congrats!! Ah defo I had that with my first and also this time. I've also had heartburn today too which is a new thing for me.

How many DPO were you when you done your weeks pregnancy test?
I have one which I’m planning on taking in the morning.

I'm not too sure but I'd guess about 18. I was 2 days late (this is nothing new to me, but I just had an incline - not sure why..) and took a test. Could have fallen over when it came up positive.

Ah I see, well I’m going to give it a bash tomorrow and see what it comes up with

my period is due tomorrow but for the last 10
days or so my boobs have been so sore. My nipples feel like they are on fire and I’ve been having some cramping - never experienced the boob pain before. I’m putting off doing a test as I’ll be so upset if it’s negative but I think I am pregnant (and so hope) Such a weird limbo. Guess I just need to pee on that stick 😆

@Doveylc your breast pain sounds like mine. I literally felt like my nipples were on fire.

How is everyone getting on? 9+3 today and noticed my breast tenderness is easing. It my lower stomach is tender and feels stretchy! Hoping alls okay.
First scan is 1st Feb!

@Harveybelle I’m currently 7+4 and also noticing my symptoms slowly decreasing, this wait is such an anxious time isn’t it! My scan isn’t till 14th Feb and think I’m going to book another early scan to ease my anxiety.Im sure the sore belly is a good sign of things working/stretching :)

I've had some VERY light pink spotting the last day or so.. so intermittent.. no pain.. just stretching and heavy in my lower tummy. I'm 10+3 today.. wondered if anyone else had, or had advice. Unsure whether to call EPAU or not, as it's so light and also only happened a handful of times over the last 48 hours.
