Confused by dates

Hi All,

I'm confused with trying to figure out dates etc. Anyone got any idea?

1st day of last period 19/11/2023
Positive pregnancy test CD20 (10ml/u) CD21 positive on a 25ml/u.

So assuming I wouldn't of ovulated on day 14, that wouldn't be enough time for implantation and HCG to rise surely? My app says 4 weeks, is it more likely I'm closer to 5?

HCG blood level was 281 on Friday. My period is due today, however I've had positive tests for a week.

Early scan at the EPAU booked for the 29th. Assuming I'll be between 6&7 weeks and be able to see a heartbeat. Do you give you an EDD off size too?

They will be able to give you an approx weeks based on size at that appointment. The NHS will do an official dating scan at 12 weeks (anywhere between 10 and 14 weeks) where they will give you an official due date based on size. This is what they will use for all future appointments and scans, even if you then measure ahead or behind later your official due date will remain the same as the 12 week scan.
