So I am 31 weeks and starting to think about things I can do that will help with labour (supposedly) and when to do them.
so I guess it’s guidance on when I can start drinking raspberry tea and if anyone had any recommendations? When I should start eating dates and how many etc? When I can start expressing colostrum and any tips for that?? Also anything else you did that you think helped prepare body.
I have a ball at work which I am going to start using more than the chair whilst I am at the desk.
