Confused on weeks

I took a clear blue test last Friday and it said 1-2 weeks, but everything I'm reading goes off starting pregnancy from my last period.

Do I go off my ovulation date or my last period to count my pregnancy?

U go by first day of ur last period. Congratulations 😊

Confusingly, pregnancy tests are rhe only things that count from conception/implantation. Everything else goes from first day of last period (LMP)
