I had a MMC at 14 weeks, baby had died at 11 weeks. My pregnancy symptoms in that pregnancy were far more intense than with my son whose now 5 and my current pregnancy which I'm 23 weeks.
Morning sickness was much stronger, constant headaches. I doubt any of it was relevant tho, just bad luck losing that baby x
